MARK POST is the Chief Instructor at Integrity Martial Arts with nearly twenty years of experience in training, competition, and teaching. Mr. Post began his training in 1992 under the close tutelage of Master Jeff Serdinsky, a student of Grandmaster Scott McNeely, and founder of the USMAA. Mr. Post has had over 14 teachers in the martial arts, covering all ranges and styles, from all over the world. He has won numerous state and regional championships and competed on a national level.

Mr. Post teaches an art that is rooted in traditional martial arts, that has been blended with more progressive arts to meet the needs of the modern day warrior. A series of life changing events has led him to believe that most martial arts are inadequate for dealing with real violence, so he began cross training and vigorously studying the more pragmatic arts that could relate to real life situations. However it was the realization that although all people can kick and punch, people with long term martial arts training do it better. This led him to turn full circle in his training. He trains his students to be combatively proficient, while maintaining the training that allows for more effective body mechanics and conditioning. This stance has made him a traditionalist in progressive circles, and progressive among his more traditional colleagues.

Today Mr. Post holds the prestigious rank of fourth degree black belt and operates his own school. He teaches on a variety of topics from traditional Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and Grappling. His unique self defense program was created with the help of several local and state police officers, and members of the United States Marine Corps, including instructors in Marine Corps Martial Arts. He continues to train in various arts such as Jun Fan Kickboxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Silat, and many others whenever he can. Having experience in arts such as shotokan karate, mu duk kwan, and taekwondo gives him a strong base and understanding of the many traditionalist points of view. His time spent with Master Serdinsky, Grandmaster McNeely, Sifu Rick Tucci, Guro Dan Inosanto and other greats gives him a broad understanding of the many aspects of martial arts training.

With Integrity Martial Arts, Mr. Post aims to further educate his students about martial arts and combat, while improving and cultivating the lives of each student. Whether it is to help them prepare for rank testing, tournaments or full contact matches, Mr. Post has the tools and education to help each student reach their full potential.
